Some of the more common questions tend to be based around deliveries and turn around times which can all be found over at 'The Small Print', but here we can find some of the other common questions I often receive. Q) Do you offer commissioned pieces? A) OF COURSE!! This is what we started out making and at the core is what we are still passionate about. If you have your own unique idea please don't move on just because you do not see it on the website. The gallery can show you just how many commissioned unique pieces we make.
Q) How would I order a commissioned piece? A) It's as simple get in touch. I'd love to hear your ideas and see if its possible to bring to life. If you have an idea, whether big or small email me at info@clevercuttings.co.uk and we can start the process.
Q) Do you reward loyalty A) Simple answer.....Absolutely! Quite simply without your custom and loyalty we would not be here, therefore rewarding your loyalty is so important to us. So, we have a loyalty scheme that every order (over £9) you will receive a butterfly sticker to add to your loyalty card. Once you have collected 10 stickers you will get a £10 voucher off your next order.
Q) What happens once I've filled my loyalty card A) GET IN TOUCH. Even though we can verify your loyalty status, we aren't able to record this in the website to automatically issue your £10 off. Therefore once you you filled your card with 10 butterflies email a photo of your completed card to info@clevercuttings.co.uk - Once we have verified we will email you a £10 voucher code to use for your next order. We ask that you then destroy the card and we will issue a new card with your next order.
Q) Do you offer finance options when ordering? A) Unfortunately, this cannot be true for all orders, even though I hope for it to be in the future. At the moment orders which accumulate to over £70 in one order we are able to discuss split payments options. In order to discuss how this could look for you please email listing the products you wish to buy stating you would like to know payment options. Emails can be sent to info@clevercuttings.co.uk
Q) Is it possible to have order a gift and have it delivered straight to them gift wrapped? YES, of course. We offer a gift wrap service, which includes your items wrapped nicely in a gift box with a handwritten note with your message on, sent straight to them. Just add the gift wrap option to your basket and we will sort the rest.
